Our brand was born from an appreciation of Basque cuisine.

The Basque Country is a region with one foot in France and another in Spain. Theirs is one of the oldest cultures in the world and their culinary tradition is characterized by simplicity and respect for ingredients. Dishes have an emphasis on simplicity and technique. The aim is to highlight quality ingredients, not hide them. 

That is why our Basque burnt cheesecake is only made with 5 carefully selected ingredients and baked to perfection.
